Hamstring Injuries
Hamstring injuries are the bane of many aspiring tennis players, as well as some of the pro’s, lives. Not only are they pretty darn painful, they can also take longer than you’d like to fully heal and have a nasty habit of recurring.
70% of hamstring injuries happen
during high speed running, and tennis with its sudden changes of direction and
short explosive episodes of speed mean that tennis players are at high risk of
‘pulling a hammy’.
Now, I believe prevention is always better than cure;
