Senior Tennis For 50yrs+-Regular yellow ball tennis and 'Touch Tennis' (using smaller court and low compression balls). Session length 1hr 30mins

Cardio Tennis -Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit. Non stop action includes warm up, cardio workout and cool down.Session length 1hr

Touch Tennis – An attractive alternative to the mainstream game, the key to touchtennis lies not in manipulating the ball with raw power but rather with deft stroke-play and chess-like manoeuvers. Played on a reduced size court with foam balls and 21 inch racquets, it’s carefully calibrated regulations aim to level the playing field for competitors by fostering long, intense rallies and clever angle play. Session length 1hr 30mins

There are adult courses to set every level of player and age.
